Alpo Developments Ltd delivered the complete refurbishment and redevelopment of the well-known former Dawsons Music Shop building in Warrington town centre, breathing new life into an important local property.
The project involved the transformation of an ageing commercial premises into a modern mixed-use development, incorporating three ground-floor commercial units together with 14 stylish one and two-bedroom apartments across the upper floors and rear areas of the building.
A comprehensive strip-out and renovation programme was undertaken, including extensive remodelling works to maximise the potential of the existing structure while preserving key features and the character of the original building.
